  • 1.5kg Potatoes of your choice, cubed and boiled till cooked
  • Freddy Hirsch Plain Dip ‘n Dressing (803194), flavoured with What’s Cooking Mustard (803258)
  • 10g Freddy Hirsch Salt n Black Pepper Sprinkle (803185)
  • 250g Bacon Bits, fried until crispy
  • Spring onions, finely sliced to garnish


  1. Allow cooked potatoes to cool down – sprinkle with salt n black pepper Spice.
  2. Gently mix with the crispy bacon (keep some aside for garnish) & mustard Dip ‘n Dressing.
  3. Garnish with bacon bits and finely sliced spring onions.
