How it works

Our Kitchen is located at the Freddy Hirsch headquarters in Maitland, Cape Town.

It’s been fitted with state-of-the-art grilling and baking technology, and uses the kind of equipment you’d find in a regular deli kitchen. We’ve also installed 10 work stations so that we can accommodate your whole team.

It’s cutting edge, but comfortable.
