INGREDIENTS

  • 300gr Snoek, steamed, flaked & bones removed
  • 100gr Risotto rice, cooked in water till sticky
  • 80gr WHAT’S COOKING MAJIEK MEATBALL SPICE 803114
  • 10gr WHAT’S COOKING FISH SPICE 803483
  • 200gr WHAT’S COOKING CRISPY BREADING 803288
  • 400ml Water
  • Crumb of your choice
  • Dipping Sauce:
  • 100ml OOM FREDDY’S LEGACY MARINADE 803118
  • 100ml mayonnaise

METHOD

  1. Combine Snoek, Rice & WHAT’S COOKING MAJIEK MEATBALL SPICE
  2. Mix ingredients well and allow to rest for 1 hour in the fridge
  3. Prepare batter by combining WHAT’S COOKING CRISPY BREADING with water – whisk until all lumps have dissolved
  4. Once mixture have chilled and firmed up, shape into bite size round balls
  5. Dip into prepared batter and allow excess to drip off
  6. Coat with crumbs of your choice
  7. Deep fry in preheated oil till golden brown
  8. To prepare the dipping sauce: Mix together OOM FREDDY’S LEGACY MARINADE and mayonnaise
