  • 50g Sugar
  • 50 ml Freddy Hirsch White Vinegar 5%

METHOD

  1. Twist Your Legacy™ Boerewors into Small Spirals with A Diameter of About 5Cm – You Can Secure the Ends with Toothpicks
  2. Cook On Fire or In Pre Heated Oven to Your Liking – For Extra Flavor Baste the Boerewors with Oom Freddy’s Legacy™ Marinade 803118 While Cooking
  3. Prepare The Chakalaka Chutney: Pre Heat Your Oil in A Small Pot. Add Chopped Onions and Sauté till Golden Brown
