  • 600ml Water
  • 150ml Cream
  • 1Kg Rump Or Sirloin

  • 803118 Oom Freddy’S Legacy ™ Marinade
  • Vegetable Oil

METHOD

  1. Before Cooking, Rub The Meat Of Your Choice With Oil And Season With Oom Freddy’S Legacy ™ Sprinkle
  2. Preheat A Griddle Pan And Add The Steaks
  3. Sear Each side for 3-4 minutes , Until a golden brown crust has formed using tongs to turn the meat.
  4. Baste with Oom Freddy's Legacy ™ marinade and allow to rest.
  5. Prepare Mushroom Sause by combining What's Cooking Mushroom sauce powder with water and cream in a small pot.
  6. Bring the ingredients to a boil , then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes over a Low Heat.
  7. Garnish With Grilled Oyster Mushroom And Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary
