INGREDIENTS

  • 600g Chicken Thighs, Deboned And Cut Into Half
  • Espetada Skewers
  • Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Sprinkle
  • Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Marinade
  • 1 Green Pepper, Cut Into 2cm X 2cm Squares
  • 1 Red Onion, Cut Into 2cm X 2cm Squares
  • 100g Dried Peaches, Soaked In Water

METHOD

  1. Preheat The Oven To 180 °C
  2. Season The Chicken Thighs With Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Sprinkle
  3. Skewer Chicken Thighs, Peppers, Onion And Peaches Onto Espetada Skewers
  4. Baste With Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Marinade
  5. Bake For 25 Minutes & Apply Another Layer Of Basting
  6. Increase Oven Temperature To 200 °C And Finish Off By Grilling The Espetadas For The Last 5 - 10 Minutes
