INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Cooked couscous (prepared with FH Chicken Stock & Salt n Black Pepper Sprinkle 803185)
  • 50g Shredded left over BBQ roasted chicken
  • 30g Chickpeas
  • 30g Black beans
  • 30g Freddy Hirsch Dip ‘n Dressing Sweet Curry (803196) or Peri Peri (803195)

METHOD

  1. Layer ingredients in a 300g clear container with lid to seal.
  2. Garnish with fresh coriander.
