About Us
The Freddy Hirsch Group is a privately owned organisation established in 1956, which has grown to become not only South Africa’s largest supplier of food ingredients, sausage casings, meat processing equipment and other sundry items to the Red Meat and Poultry sectors of the Food Industry, but across Africa and internationally into Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia.
