  1. Pre heat your oven to 180 °C and line a oven proof dish.
  2. Combine What’s Cooking Milk Tart Mix with milk in a 1 : 10 ratio—depending on how much you need. (If you use 100gr What’s Cooking Milk Tart, then use 1L milk
  3. Arrange a layer of your the hot cross buns in the dish and cover with Milk Tart & Milk mixture
  4. add another layer of bun and Milk tart mixture
  5. Add extras should you wish Bake until the Milk Tart custard has set and the top is golden brown in colour.
