METHOD
- Pre heat your oven to 180 °C and line a oven proof dish.
- Combine What’s Cooking Milk Tart Mix with milk in a 1 : 10 ratio—depending on how much
you need. (If you use 100gr What’s Cooking Milk Tart, then use 1L milk
- Arrange a layer of your the hot cross buns in the dish and cover with Milk Tart & Milk mixture
- add another layer of bun and Milk tart mixture
- Add extras should you wish
Bake until the Milk Tart custard has set and the top is golden brown in colour.
