INGREDIENTS

  • 500gr Pork Rashers, Cut Into 2cm x 2cm squares
  • Wooden Kebabs Skewers
  • OM FREDDY’S LEGACY™ SPRINKLE
  • Asian Marinade:
  • 250ml OOM FREDDY’S LEGACY™ MARINADE
  • 250ml WHAT’S COOKING STICKY SOY &GINGER SAUCE 803432
  • 20ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 Chilli, chopped
  • 5gr Fresh Coriander, chopped

METHOD

  1. For the Asian marinade, Combine all ingredients in a small pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
  2. Season the Pork rasher squares with OOM FREDDY’S LEGACY™ SPRINKLE and skewer onto the wooden skewers
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 °C
  4. Baste with Asian marinade and bake for 20 minutes
  5. Increase oven temperature to 200 °C and finish off by grilling the skewers for the last 5 minutes
