It is a simple fact people can make or break a company. The Freddy Hirsch Group strategy is based on the concepts of Jim Collins in his book “Good to Great”. He advocates finding the right people and then ensuring that they are in the right seats.


Our Recruitment Approach

In interviewing candidates we look for technical and behavioural competency as well as a company fit. 
The process is a rigorous one including screening, interviewing, reference checks and, where appropriate, assessments.
