INGREDIENTS

  • 60g cream cheese
  • 1T Quick Mix Italian herb
  • 30g grated biltong prepared with Freddy Hirsch Hunters Biltong™ Spice

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve with homemade seeded loaf.
  2. If you prefer a softer pate, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
