INGREDIENTS

  • 3kg Mince
  • 380g What's Cooking Majiek Meatball Base (803114)
  • 760ml Water

METHOD

  1. Add water to Majiek Meatball Base pack and allow Spice to absorb all the water – this would take about 20 minutes.
  2. Add mince to the Spice mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll into desired size meatballs and bake in pre heated oven at 180°C until cooked and Golden Brown on the outside.
