INGREDIENTS

  • 3kg Chicken pieces
  • 2L Water
  • 920g Assorted vegetables
  • 100ml Water
  • 1 Packet (330g) Freddy Hirsch “What’s Cooking™” Chicken in a Hurry (802989)

METHOD

  1. Place chicken and 2L water in a pot, cover with a lid and cook until chicken is tender.
  2. Add assorted vegetables. Cook until soft.
  3. Mix the “What’s Cooking™” Chicken in a Hurry spice with 100ml water.
  4. Add to the chicken, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Allow to simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring continuously. Adjust water if necessary.
