First SA Meat School

The Freddy Hirsch Group has a long tradition of adding value to the South African Meat Industry. Many new innovations have been introduced by the company to the advantage of the meat industry and our customers.

It is ours, and the industry's interest to continuously improve the quality of the product offers to the end consumer. With these facts in mind, we launched the First SA Meat School.

This training school provides a unique opportunity for our customers to establish or re-establish their companies in the SA Meat industry. In a highly competitive economic environment the companies that succeed will be those which prudently re-invest in those areas which guarantee product quality, product innovation and first class presentation.

Courses are held in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban
